Glossary feature and lookup drawer

Glossary feature (Phase 1) - a new universe-scoped glossary system for reference entries. Each entry has a name, category, sub-category, description with entity links, optional spoiler flag, see-also links, ability type associations, image uploads, and source attribution. Entries are organised alphabetically with search and category filtering on public pages. Characters associated via ability types are listed using the standard character table.

Curator tooling includes create, edit, view, and delete with full audit log support. The glossary appears in site-wide search and curator entity search. Public entry pages feature hero banners, source footers with edit history links, and the entity feedback bar.

Lookup value drawer - the admin lookup table editor now opens a Vaul drawer instead of inline row editing. All editable fields are exposed: display name, description, colour, icon, sort order, input type, active status, and conditional fields for specific categories (inverse names, universe scope, API source flags). System values are displayed as read-only.

Entity footer fix - the trailing pipe separator before "Report an issue" no longer appears when the link is hidden (e.g. when logged out). The separator is now rendered inside the feedback bar component itself.

Glossary in search - glossary entries appear in both public site search and curator entity search with the Scroll icon.
