Pride and Prejudice pipeline, glossary cleanup, story arc bug fix

Pride and Prejudice - full pipeline - 35 characters with spoiler-free descriptions, 61 chapter summaries with entity links, and 607 character appearances across all chapters. The epub had scrambled volume ordering (59 of 61 chapters in wrong positions), resolved via a content-based chapter remap. All characters enriched with relationships (75), occupations (32), aliases (16), physical attributes (12), nationalities, group memberships, and first appearance tracking. Five groups created: Bennet Family (updated), Lucas Family, Netherfield Household, Pemberley Household, and Meryton Militia.

Story arc rendering fix - fixed an intermittent bug where the Story Arc section on character pages showed the correct count but no entries for standalone book characters (Pride and Prejudice, The Martian). The issue occurred when a logged-in user's reading order preferences were applied to characters whose books weren't in any reading order, filtering out all appearances.

Glossary audit and cleanup - comprehensive audit of all 653 glossary entries identified 75 duplicates of existing group or character entities. All duplicates removed with full reference cleanup (inline links rewritten, see-also rows and group links deleted, zero orphaned data). Seven new groups created from glossary entries with 3+ character members: Gunslingers and The Breakers (All-World), The Crows (Grishaverse), The Houses of Life (Riordanverse), Honored Matres (Dune), Laconian Empire (The Expanse), and The Bonehunters (Malazan). Four glossary entries converted to character aliases. Duplicate slug fixed (dragons). 17 spoilery glossary descriptions rewritten. 578 active entries remaining.

Entity link previews on groups page - the groups list page now shows hover card previews (images, subtitles, description excerpts) for entity links in group descriptions.
