Massive glossary expansion, WoT and ASOIAF enrichment, data integrity audit

Glossary expansion - every universe now has 42-109 glossary entries, up from as few as 0-8. 1,300 total glossary entries across 19 universes.

Wheel of Time enrichment - 85 physical attributes added across the top 20 characters (heights, hair/eye colours, builds). 45 segment-aware aliases added with the book where each alias is first gained. 20 occupations added using valid lookup values. 57 relationships added with book-aware start dates, including family ties, Warder bonds, romances, and rivalries. Two duplicate characters merged (Fortuona into Tuon, Moridin into Ishamael). WoT glossary expanded from 43 to 89 entries.

ASOIAF enrichment - 100 physical attributes added for the top 20 characters from GRRM's descriptions (Starks, Lannisters, Targaryens, Baratheons, and key supporting characters). 28 segment-aware aliases added (Arya's disguise names, Sansa as Alayne Stone, Jon's titles, etc.). Two duplicate characters merged (George Wilson, Meyer Wolfsheim in The Great Gatsby).

Data integrity audit - full audit found and fixed: 128 broken entity links in segment descriptions (character IDs from merged/deleted characters), 10 duplicate character pairs merged, cross-universe contamination eliminated, all species/gender values validated against lookup values. 5 minor broken links remain (characters referenced by name only with no DB match).

Great Gatsby enrichment - 25 physical attributes, 2 relationships, and 1 alias added. Fixed Myrtle Wilson's occupation from "servant" to "homemaker". Merged two duplicate characters.
