A gawky, short-sighted young man who has been a barbarian hero for approximately three days, having taught himself from a mail-order book. Son of Harebut the Provision Merchant, he wears the traditional leather barbarian outfit over woolly underwear as promised to his mother. Despite his complete lack of physical menace, he possesses genuine courage and determination.
