A Gaul warrior who serves in Nero's household, known as Lu. She is tall and muscular with a braided brown mane, circular tattoos covering her arms, and a golden torque around her neck. Despite appearing to work for Nero, Lu has secretly been protecting Meg McCaffrey and eventually defects to help Apollo's group infiltrate and defeat the emperor. She calls Meg 'Sapling'. After Nero's defeat, Lu settles at Aeithales in Palm Springs with Meg, fitted with mechanical hands from the Hephaestus cabin.
