The Bursar of Unseen University, a kindly but increasingly nervous wizard whose grip on sanity is tenuous at best. He derives quiet pleasure from columns of numbers and tries to keep the University running despite the chaos generated by his fellow wizards. His mental state fluctuates between mildly eccentric and completely unhinged.
