A coterie member trained by Galen, serving as Regal's chief Skill-spy and enforcer. Quiet and dangerous, he uses his Skill to monitor communications, assault Fitz in the dungeons, and carry out Regal's orders. He is posted at Red Tower to intercept Skill messages.
