The termination point of Blaine the Mono's route, located in an alternate version of our world's Kansas. After Roland's ka-tet defeats Blaine through Eddie Dean's barrage of bad jokes, they arrive in this version of Topeka to find it devastated by a plague. The Topeka they encounter exists on a different level of the Dark Tower from our own world, one where Captain Trips - the superflu from Stephen King's The Stand - has wiped out civilisation.
