A trio of harriers - Eldred Jonas, Roy Depape, and Clay Reynolds - who served John Farson during Roland's youth. Named for the blue coffin-shaped tattoos on the webbing between their right thumb and forefinger, they wielded much of the real power in the Barony of Mejis during the events of Wizard and Glass. Jonas, their leader, was a failed gunslinger who had been sent west in disgrace. The coffin tattoo later appears on many of the Crimson King's servants, suggesting a connection between Farson's forces and the larger war against the Dark Tower.
