A plot of land on the corner of Forty-sixth Street and Second Avenue in New York City, owned by Calvin Tower, that contains the singing Rose - our world's version of the Dark Tower. The Crimson King's forces, operating through the Sombra Corporation, attempted to purchase the Lot to bulldoze the Rose, but Eddie Dean's creation of the Tet Corporation foiled their plans. By 1999, the Lot is the site of 2 Hammarskjold Plaza, Tet Corporation headquarters, where the Rose still grows in an indoor garden called the Garden of the Beam.
