Shadowspawn created from lupine stock corrupted by the Dark One. Blacker than night and the size of ponies, they run in packs of ten or twelve. They leave no mark on soft ground but imprint on stone, and are often accompanied by the smell of burnt sulphur. Their blood and saliva are deadly poison. Known to wolves as Shadowbrothers.
