The capital of Andor, built on rising hills with both an Inner City (the old city) and a New City less than two thousand years old. The Royal Palace sits on a hill in the centre of the Inner City, with slender towers and gold-leaf domes. The city walls stretch more than 24 miles, and the city had a population of approximately 300,000.
