The immense fortress guarding the city of Tear, from which the High Lords ruled. Said to be the earliest fortress built after the Time of Madness, constructed using the One Power. The Prophecies of the Dragon stated it would never fall until the People of the Dragon came and the Dragon's hand wielded Callandor, the Sword That Cannot Be Touched, which was kept in its Heart.
