The capital city of Ravka, located in the eastern part of the country. It contains the Grand Palace (seat of the Ravkan monarchy) and the Little Palace, where the Grisha of the Second Army live and train. Os Alta is a city of golden domes and wide boulevards, reflecting Ravka's former grandeur, though much of its wealth has been drained by decades of war and the economic impact of the Shadow Fold.
