A race of enormous humanoid beings who dwell beyond the Wall, standing as tall as twelve feet or more. Giants are covered in thick fur and ride mammoths, using massive clubs fashioned from tree trunks. Once widespread across Westeros, they were driven northward by the advance of men over thousands of years and are considered legends by most south of the Wall.
