The people of the Out Islands, an archipelago to the north-west of the Six Duchies. Their culture is clan-based and seafaring, with traditions distinct from the Six Duchies. Though historically hostile during the Red Ship War, later diplomacy leads to alliances and intermarriage between the two peoples.
