The Guild of Fools and Joculators and College of Clowns, with the motto DICO, DICO, DICO. Located on the corner of God Street and Widdershins Broadway, it is a major exporter of its graduates. The Guild considers as many as three new jokes a year, and a good candidate joke gets through the various stages and committees in as short a time as twenty years.
