A pleasant little city in a wine-growing area overlooking the Rim Ocean, where wild geraniums fill its sloping, cobbled streets. It has a famous floral clock. Most of its inhabitants have lived elsewhere during times of considerable excitement and have sworn mighty oaths that it will not happen here. It is a dull place.
